Shipping Policy
This policy covers physical shipping and protected digital delivery. Details follow.
01Shipping fees
Physical shipping is not activated. Before activation, the verified carrier, destination, fee, free-shipping threshold, and exclusions must be shown before payment.
02Delivery time
No delivery-time promise is made until a carrier and service level are verified. The applicable estimate must be frozen on the order before payment.
03Digital products
Digital products have no shipping fee. When secure delivery is enabled, an eligible file appears in the buyer's account only after the payment provider verifies the order.
04Tracking your order
Once your order ships, follow its status anytime on the Order Tracking page using your order number (CLK-…).
