Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love what you get from Click. Because we sell digital files, custom designs, and physical goods, refund eligibility depends on the product type — please read the rules for each below.
01Digital products
Digital products (templates, brand kits, printables, downloads) are refundable only if the files are defective — for example corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from what was described. Contact us and we'll repair the file or refund it.
02Printed products & custom designs
Printed products and custom (made-to-order) design work are non-refundable once you approve the design — whether the approval is given on theclick.me or over WhatsApp. Approval starts production, so please review your design carefully before you confirm it.
03Ready-made products from the platform
Ready-made products that are designed and ordered directly through the platform can be returned within one (1) day of receipt, in their original, unused condition.
04How to request a refund
Email hello@theclick.me or message us on WhatsApp with your order number (CLK-…) and the reason. We review every request and reply within 1–2 business days.
05How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (mada, card, Apple Pay, STC Pay) within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Orders paid with Tabby or Tamara are refunded through the provider according to their terms.
