These are artwork-preparation requirements, not a final manufacturing template. Production starts only after the supplier dieline and proof are approved.

Dieline and safe zones

Final trim with supplier-confirmed bleed and cut path

Apply bleed only from the supplier template; do not assume one universal value.
Keep copy and logos inside the safe area.
Place any custom cut path on a separate spot-color layer.

Print-file setup

CMYK color mode with any spot colors clearly identified.
Images at 300 PPI at final size unless the supplier approves otherwise.
Outline fonts or package them when licensing permits.
Keep dieline strokes out of the final printable artwork.
