Dieline and safe zones
Flexible-pack template showing seals, gussets, and handles
- Confirm front, back, side, and bottom-gusset areas with the supplier.
- Keep key artwork clear of seals, handles, and zipper areas.
- Add orientation marks only when required by the production line.
Print-file setup
- CMYK color mode with any spot colors clearly identified.
- Images at 300 PPI at final size unless the supplier approves otherwise.
- Outline fonts or package them when licensing permits.
- Keep dieline strokes out of the final printable artwork.
Required from supplier
- Official dieline or print-area template with revision number.
- Approved stock, thickness, print method, and finishing process.
- MOQ, price, production lead time, and shipping terms.
- Digital or physical proof approved by the owner before production.
Files delivered after approval
- Print-ready PDF after the supplier template is approved.
- Editable source file with organized layers.
- Low-resolution preview marked REVIEW.
- Specification sheet recording size, stock, colors, and revision.
Before manufacturing, we confirm size, material, quantity, and finishing, then approve the supplier dieline and final proof with you. Production never starts without your approval.
