These are artwork-preparation requirements, not a final manufacturing template. Production starts only after the supplier dieline and proof are approved.

Dieline and safe zones
Final trim with supplier-confirmed bleed and cut path
- Apply bleed only from the supplier template; do not assume one universal value.
- Keep copy and logos inside the safe area.
- Place any custom cut path on a separate spot-color layer.
Print-file setup
- CMYK color mode with any spot colors clearly identified.
- Images at 300 PPI at final size unless the supplier approves otherwise.
- Outline fonts or package them when licensing permits.
- Keep dieline strokes out of the final printable artwork.

- Official dieline or print-area template with revision number.
- Approved stock, thickness, print method, and finishing process.
- MOQ, price, production lead time, and shipping terms.
- Digital or physical proof approved by the owner before production.
